I am working on language file NL for the backend.
When all is ready which steps must I do so I get a new standard language for the backend (administration)?
Just make a new map in /out/admin called [nl] en copy my translated lang.php, cust_lang.php and help_lang.php
After that can I set standard language for NL (dutch)?
yep, right. That’s the way. Additionally, you shall have implemented your translated dutch file for the frontend and installed a new language in admin panel.
After I tried it myself and made necessary changes, yes, I would like to publish it.
Because I think that OXID eShop CE is a better choice than Joomla! Virtuemart. Programming is excellent and possibilities are better, more flexible and free. Whereas Virtuemart extra modules are much more commercial, i.e. you have to pay for bad written programming.
I am thinking about promoting OXID as an excellent choice for Dutch users. Netherland is I think a new market for CE version of OXID.
