Change product specification for articles

I have been searching in the forum, how can i change the specifications for the articles and came to know they are attributes.

I went to the admin panel and went to Attributes but there i can only create attributes.

My question is how can i change these attributes values for articles which are showing in “specification” tab

These are the attributes: Administer Products/ Products/ Selection/ Assign Attributes

Click on the attributes in the popup for changing the values

Now i see the input field which i can edit.
