Depending on the shop settings net price or gross price is input/shown

I am having a few problems so I will attempt to break them down one by one. Perhaps they are related?

In the Shop, an item that should sell for (Gross including VAT or GST) $29.95 is showing up as $38.92 which is 15.35% more. You can see the amount in the CMS -->Product/Main area (file attached)

In the Product Variants area there is no mention of the $38.92… (image attached)

I think I have the settings right in the VAT section - (image attached) VAT should always be shown as inclusive in the price in AU.

Any suggestions? “Depending on the shop settings net price or gross price is input/shown.” is not discussed in the past threads as far as I can see.

Hey Don,

GST settings seem to be correct as far as I can see. Maybe some discount settings, did you mayhap play around with some negative discounts?

Long time no connect…

No I haven’t played with any discounts although I did add an A and a B price, but neither relate to the $38.92.

I am concerned there may be a greater problem causing this situation because I am still getting the “getimage.php” error messages and I cannot load any new pictures up and then see them.
