Don't get Shipping rules to work

Hi.

I double checked all options in my administration but if do a test purchase I get a message saying that there are no shipping rules defined=C

If I login with the default admin account and try a purchase it works how it should:confused: but as i gave a testcustomer the same rights/user groups as the default admin etc it didn’t work either.

Is there any hidden option or something? what information do you need to help me out?

probably the user groups are not assigned properly.

Thought something like this…the only problem is that i assigned my testconsumer the usergroups my adminaccount (which was working) had and there was no effect ?!

It’s probably something banal =C

Hi.

There should be cash on delivery (Nachnahme) and cash before delivery (Vorauskasse) as facilities of payment. (Paypal has to be extra configured if i see that right)

Delivery charges should be 5 Euro for a order under 20 Euro and 0 Euro for orders over 20 Euro.

Delete all assignments of user groups to shipping rules, then it will work.
