Error in orders

Hi there,

I have problem with orders in our shop. If a product “A” is ordered and then one more product is added in the basket, order list is not accounting the price of product “A” (it says +1) but only price of product “B” which is added in the basket. I do not have any discount on products.

Next problem is, if third product is ordered additionally to existing order, both previous orders are gone, list is showing only one ordered product and that is third one.

I checked the shop with oxchkversion and I find out that all files in modules/efi_paypal got the same comment:

Source(s) of this MD5 MOD_PAYPAL_1.5.10_29497_OXID_ESHOP_CE_4.4.2_29492

Filename also found in MOD_PAYPAL_1.5.11_30554_OXID_ESHOP_CE_4.4.4_30554

Now, I would like to get a fresh version of Pay Pal module 1.5.11 and to refresh them in efi_paypal. BUT, I can not find a link for downloading this module!!??? Not in my e-fire account, too.

May someone help me?

Well, I got the last version of pay pal module, it is already installed. The shop is perfect updated. I checked the shop with oxchkversion once more - it is GREEN. Beautiful!

But, the problem is the same. What it could be?

Apparently not a problem with the PayPal module, isn’t it. Also, if you checked with oxchkversion and everything seems to be okay (the templates as well?) … I got just one suspicion: Did anybody change something at the server configuration so you loose the session calling the basket function? Does it happen on any PC or browser?

Dear Marco,

I think the problem was a bit mix of all. It was good that I got the last version of Pay Pal module. Before upgrade of the module, the problem was the same in all browsers. Now I have it only in Safari.

I did have one wrong command (add article in addition) which was causing by ordering the article “B” to get the article “A” as 1+. This was not easy to find out, but ok, my fault.

Now, the shop is working perfect in Firefox, but not in Safari. In Safari basket contains always only one article. It is ignoring further orders. It was not like that before. I’v don empty caches and all usual things with this.

However, it is not important any more. I am very, very happy to see the shop smoothly working again. The problem is on my machine, on my Safari but all others are fine and that is the point.

You helped to me again. I see that you are very engaged with Forum and helping people.
