ERROR: Translation not Found

When I am trying to upgrade module to OXID6, I am receiving this error:
ERROR: Translation not Found.

But I have language files in: Modules\ModuleName\views\admin\en or de\language_file.php

Also, I tried to put language files into:
Modules\ModuleName\translations\en or de\language_file.php but the error is the same.

Can someone give me suggestion how to fix the problem…

ist the name of the file really “language_file.php”? This will not work as all lang files shall be named like *lang.php.

That was only example, name of the file is in correct format.
