Fehler bei Bestellung ohne Registrierung

Hallo!

ich habe hier ein Fehler gefunden, bzw. bin darauf aufmerksam gemacht worden.

Bestelle ich ohne Registrierung, gebe die Adressdaten ein, verschwindet auf einmal der ganze Block Rechnungsadresse und der Weiter-Button ist disabled.
Die OXID Version ist 4.10.7

Das ist sicher kein Bug in OXID, sondern nur in eurem Shop. Wie immer erst mal im Exception_log.txt und im Server-Error log nachschauen.

Ahem, ich habe das nicht verschoben. Vielleicht hat jemand eine Idee wann generell dem ganzen Block ein "style=“display: none;” mitgegeben wird? Das passiert an der Stelle nämlich bei Auswahl des Landes.

ich habs verschoben, weil der Beitrag viel zu allgemein klingt und absolut keine Infos enthält, die auf einen konkreten Sonderfall schließen lassen könnten.
Theme? Module? Link?

Der Shop versucht Funktionen newart und catart in dem cookie widget aufzurufen, aber es klappt nicht, weil diese Funktionen dort nicht vorhanden sind.

Im Browser she ich noch “Uncaught TypeError: $(…).oxCenterElementOnHover is not a function” ?

Gibt es denn irgendwo ein Anleitung wie ich Fehler dieser Art am besten auf die Spur kom, bzw. wie ich da vorgehe?

Cookies, Browser cache, tmp-Ordner löschen, OXID-Dateien auf Vollständigkeit prüfen, verdächtige Module deaktivieren/entfernen (die etwas mit RSS zu tun haben könnten). Webserver-Errorlog prüfen…

Nein! Auf FLOW umgestellt.

Uihhh. In dem Shop wird Roxive verwendet. Dann muss ich da mal schauen. Danke sehr.
