Why are they not listed ?

eg
writeable - 777 or 775, or 0555

readonly ? folder 0544, or 0444 ??

What does oxid want ?
and where can i find that out?

I know, and thats my point - it just says

Those and subdirectories must be writeable all the time:

and

After installation those must be read-only

why does it not say these must be writeable (775) oder (777)
basically more precisely what permissions are needed / wanted

Because this precise values depend on the operating system and maybe individual server configuration you use :wink:
