I´am searching the code which show the customers in basket price free delivery.
As an picture:

actually there is no build-in feature like this.
you have to subtract your actual basket price from the “free shipping from” price.
but it works only with a simple shippingcosts rules (1 rule for free shipping and one default)
I know about a (free) module to build in this feature:

It shows the misssing amount to reach the free shipment amount.
