Can anyone recommend a good resource for obtaining templates to be used as the basis for creating a new website. I am hoping there is something that can be used to get a team moving fast and be well documented to allow for further customization. I am using oxid_eshop_ce_4.7.8

In the next Version (to be released on July 5th in stable state) there’s a responsive theme called “Flow” packaged. You might already want to have a look at the beta or the repository for the Flow theme:
This might be a good basis for further development for you.

But i have another problem. my frontend website must be in french.
but the last oxid french package is for oxid 4.7 version.

Uhm… have a look at the translation center:

French still seems to be 100% although 22 keys might have changed in the mean time and should be reviewed. Would be glad if you could take this over.
