HEIDELPAY error

I install on my shop HEIDELPAY… everything is ok… but after I submit the card info to https://test.ctpe.net/frontend/payment.prc the redirect go to www.domain.com/index.php?redirect=1.
The basket and the adress are deleted and the order is not finalize.
In EXCEPTION_LOG.txt nothing appears…
Can someone help me?

Please follow the manuel exactly.
At the moment I think that you haven´t updated the config.ini.php.
