Install on 1&1 Webspace

Hi,
I want to use Oxid esales community edition on a 1&1 webspace package. Has anybody experience with it?
Is it possible on it?

yes, that works. I think you wanna install the shop on a shared server / webpack?

You had to install the ZendOptimizer first - see the FAQ.

actually, the Zend Optimizer is not needed for a CE.

Yes i know, but the most modules, for example the eFire-PayPal, need it. So this might be the next problem, he well be faced with.

I’ll try to install the shop on a managed webhosting package with no root access and a limited administration.

im using Oxid CE on a 1&1 Webspace with eFire (for Paypal only) without any problems.
Zendoptimizer is a few minutes work, but no problem at all
