I have problem with the command composer require oxid-esales/paypal-module:dev-master
I tried everything and always this Exception is showing…
Could Someone tell what is my mistake ?

have you installed composer.json before or did you composer update?
please make php composer.phar update first. does this work?
I still have problem i don’t know why.
composer.json is in root directory, the composer.phar is installed and is up to date
installing/updating latest composer.json was successfull?
