Invalid modules: PROBLEMATIC FILES

I am trying to activate my module, but every time the class cannot be loaded

The error not showing where to look exactly and the extension doc aren’t detailed.
digging into oxidshop.log i find this msg : Module ID (module id not availible)
what could be the problem,
I run metadata 2.1 "all configurations are set "
