Klarna module stopped working

Hi,

We have been using klarna module 5.5.1 for checkout for the last 2 years, everything was going good, but last sunday suddenly the kalrna checkout stopped working, when user selects a products and go for a checkout then a blank page is appearing.

i have checked the logs it shows below details and I am using oxid 6.2.2

does anyone faced the same issue?

the error message indicates that the Klarna module is inactive.

Are you sure that the Klarna module is activated?

Thanks for the reply, It was an issue with our klarna account, just got an update from Klarna team, they activated the account now.

It seems like your Klarna module is missing or corrupted. Try reinstalling the module or updating it to the latest version compatible with OXID 6.2.2. Also, clear the cache and check for any conflicting extensions.
