Hi Everyone,

We’re excited to announce a new mobile extension for OXID.

MobiCart will turn your OXID e-commerce store into an m-commerce app. MobiCart supports native iPhone, iPad and Android apps, as well as HTML5 web apps.

The extension is featured inside our MobiCart admin panel under the ‘Cart Synchronisation’ tab. Simply sign up to MobiCart, then select OXID to get started. The extension will not only import your products from OXID into MobiCart, it will also push back orders from MobiCart to OXID.

I didn’t check it to be honest. The question for me is: is a native app really necessary if you run a small/medium sized shop? Maybe the OXID eShop mobile theme that was published just today is interesting for you:

Hey Cris,

thank you very much for your very “valuable” opinion. Of course, I removed your back link to cs-cart as well as I banned you as a classic spammer. The next time you do that, I’ll send you an invoice for my effort.

And please think about it: Although it would be pretty simple for me to scan all concurrent shopping cart forums and leave messages including a back link to OXID, I don’t do it for the sake of fairness.

Nevertheless, I had a look at the documentation and FAQ part of your website. I think I’m going to copy what I liked :wink:
