Mod_rewrite maybe broken

Hy community, mode_rewrite is installed but shown red in the system health check test. It says that check fails and is presented red even installed. How can I check or renew the rewrite entries? carolus

do you run your shop on a virtual server?
check the vhost setting “AllowOverride” and set it to "all"
save file and restart webserver

Hallo carolus,

which shop version?
is the shop still in development and protected by htaccess? that could explain it.

What is used as a Web server, the “apache2” supports the htaccess in VHOST the nginx does not.

Hi,
ich habe das Problem auch, kann nicht installieren obwohl mod_rewrite auf dem Server definitiv läuft. Kann ich an der Konfiguration vom Shop was ändern damit das akzeptiert wird?
Danke, Achim
