is it possible to make a new Installation from CE Edition without erasing the Database?
My current Version is
COMMUNITY EDITION 4.5.2_38481
Your question is a little bit imprecise, isn´t it ?
The answer to you question is: No, the database will always be created while the installation. You just can chose if you like to have the demo data or not.
The answer to what you maybe want to ask is: You can install a new shop and then only update the old database to the lastest version. After that, you may connect the updated database to the new files.
