Non Oxid 4.6.4_49061 script added and needs debugging

Hi fellow Oxid CE users!

I have a little trouble with some extra code that I had written for my website and where the programmer is no longer available to help me out. I am looking to alter the code on my own (God forbid).

Basically he has added a CMS addition so I can add or delete catalogues.
He has added a Category on the eShop Admin menu called “Robbs Extentions” and then drilling in further, 2 sub categories called “Catalogue Downloads” and “Blog Update”. Both work fine but I wanted to change the background colour of one of the boxes on the download page.

I have been prowling around the “public_html” files to try and find the needle in my hay stack, but to no avail. Any ideas where he would have burried the files. I can give you a user link to the actual catalogue download if this helps…
https://www.neighbourhoodwatchshop.com.au/en/catalogues/ the box I want to colour is “orderform”

Thanks for your patience.

Although the requirement (colour the box) may sound easy it is quite difficult to say anything useful on how to achieve this. That’s because from the outside we cannot see how this modification was done. I would start searching for an entry like catalogues in the oxseo table to find out which controller is active for the URL you posted. From there you can dig deeper to find the template which was used to render the HTML that must be altered (either add a class and use it in your CSS or use inline CSS for the affected td-element). Maybe someone else will come up with an easier approach?

Thanks Martin. I will take your suggestion onboard failing any further help that might give me a magical potion to make the change.

I miss Frieburg and all the different watering holes full of students. That was some 35 years ago when I lived in Lahr as a civilian with a small Gastette - “Klien Kanada”. We sold cold beer which was in strong demand by the soldiers stationed there. In those days my Puter was a Tanday TRS-80 MK II with huge diskettes and lots of DOS to learn. Ha Ha. I ramble…

I remember enjoying my time in Adelaide, too (esp. the market hall and some Italian restaurant). However I caught a cold during a tour of the Barossa valley so the subsequent travel to Melbourne on the overnight Greyhound was horrible. :frowning:

Sounds like you got your cold in a good place. You may not know this but Adelaidians send all people with colds to Melbourne. Melbourne is a good place to handle all the sickness. LOL

I will try your recomendation tommorrow. I have been trying to work out how to turn off the ‘proofing’ text that shows up on the website showing the file extentions.

D
