Oxid 6 order not created

Hi,

We have placed an order in redirect third party payments and all orders successfully returned to shop with proper order created. But sometimes the below-mentioned issue occurred and order was not created in the shop.

Anyone, please suggest me to resolve the issue.

Let me find my chrystal ball… Mate, if you don’t give any information but “we did something and sometimes the following error message appears”: who you think should be able to suggest how to resolve? I’m just wondering: actually you’re around for a while now and should now how it works.
