Product Pictures Genration

Hi Everyone,

I have a module which adds article to the article table. there for I have copied the pictures to the master directory. But How I can set it visible in shop!
There is a problem shown with the smarty error like "getimagesize** failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 400 Bad Request " while activatting the product!!

Any help is appreciate
