i have a problem with translating the variants of the product.
The problem appears only in the live shop when language is changed, the title of the product is changed but variants not. In the stage shop it is working properly.Can the problem be some setting , because this is the default functionality of the oxid?

just to be sure, you did all the following steps:
- copy products into second language
- translate parent product data + variants
but when you change language in frontend, the product data is still in the default language?
what happens whe you open variant detail page and switch language then?
Not that I know. I’d check if stage really runs the same server environment than life.
Yes, I did all the steps that you mentioned.
And also in database and in admin-backend, variant for the products have german and english names, but in the front of the shop, variant names are always on german. No matter if I change the language to English.
