Update package for 4.0.0.1 -> 4.0.0.2?

Because i didnt find something in the announcement like last time:

is there any update package with instructions on how to update?

neither install nor other file contain infos about that :slight_smile:

You will find the Patch for CE 4.0.0.1 revision 14455 to CE 4.0.0.2 latest revision there. Please read the INSTALL file carefully that is provided within the download. The patch routine is a bit different to the usual one.

The INSTALL file of a clear installation shall discribe how to install the clear installation and the INSTALL file of a patch or an update describes how to install the patch or the update. Clear, isn’t it? :slight_smile:

ok 1 shop worked without probs.

on the second one the update.php repeats the

[ul]
[li] setDefaultUserSalt[/ul][/li]step over and over again. beside that, if i click any category or article i get a 404

Are both shops set up on the same server, same environment?
To be honest: I did not hear about an issue like that before. I guess if the patch did not run properly, there might be a strange behaviour afterwards in the shop.

Did you get any error message for setDefaultUserSalt while running again and again or can you see something in your error logs? I guess you stopped the script running at a certain point, didn’t you?

no errors so far.

it just repeats over and over.

i stopped by closing IE ^^
