Uzipped 4.6 and trying to upload via FTP

Help!
I have done this once before with no issues but I now find I am not able to upload the entire contents of 4.6 onto my web site when using CoreFTP. I have lots of bandwidth (10000) and I have allocated 325MB of disk space yet I keep getting
"553 Can’t open that file: Disk quota exceeded
vendor.php - 0 bytes transferred"
This is just one such message but there are more and the theme is "Disk Quota"
The server uses cPanel (WHM 11.32.4 build 14) and I think it uses CENTOS 6.3

Any clues on how to overcome this issue?

check with your provider - maybe there is a quota set regardless of real disk space
