Is there a possibility to take a virtual currency for the payment? I need something like points or miles.

just add it as a further currency, e.g.:
OxidMiles@ 1000.0@ . @ @OxMiles @0
Format: [name]@[rate]@[decimal separator]@[thousand separator]@[symbol]@[decimal precision]
You can find this config in admin area in
Master Settings->Core Settings->Settings->Other Settings->Add or remove Currencies
