That’s actually two different things, right? :slight_smile:

I it actually okay if you cannot set your own order number: An order number shall be consecutive, starting at a special point.

If all orders assign number one, probably something is wrong in your installation. Is it a vanilla installation or did you do an update before? Did it work before and did something happen to make it not working?

before the shop counts automatically one more starting from highest existing order, so you could easily start with a number you want, just with editing the order number in admin

now you have to edit table “oxcounters” directly in database, if you want to have a custom startpoint

This is the first clea install OXID in version 4.6.3 ( but serial numbers are orders from the very beginning only with the number one )

Unfortunately for orders with cumulative one higher number, butt all orders have only number one.

we had that before in German forums:

In this case, the table oxcounters was missing. Please have a look at your Database if everything is on its place :wink:
