Customer-order-mail: spaces all over incl. coding, can't be solved

Hi,
i have a big problem with the email that is sent to the customer after placing the order. The admin-email is all perfect, but the customer-email ist from top to bottom full of letters-spaces that don’t show up in the programming, but only if recieve this customer-order-confirmation-mail. Also not only the normal text but the whole source code (HTML) ist full of spaces, so the HTML is not working because of (for example) < table width =“1 00%”> … < /td> (all this is not working)
In the coding i can’t find any of this spaces and the problem effects the whole mail as you can see on the image attached … can someone help me to find the problem for this mail? thank you so much !!!
